1.Are you a factory or trade company？

We are a factory. We develop and produce all by ourselves.

2.How do you guarantee the quality of your products？

All our products have been QC professionally and strictly during manufacturing. Furthermore, we will test the machine and check the insoles before leaving the factory.

3. What's your MOQ? Can you accept ODM&OEM?

The MOQ for our machine is 1 unit, and the MOQ for the insoles is 200 pairs. The 200 pairs of insoles can be mixed with different types and sizes.

Yes, we accept ODM for the machine and ODM&OEM for the insoles. But if you want OEM service for the machine, the MOQ is not 1 unit. We need to discuss.

4. What should I pay attention to when customizing orthotic insoles?

The heating time of the insoles is 6-10 minutes, and the insoles are put into the bottom heating box in the direction of the heel, in order to improve the heating efficiency, the two heating knobs are rotated at the same time.

The customized orthotic insoles need to be cooled down with a radiator for at least 3 minutes before they can be put into the shoes for use.

When we don't know the customer's foot type and whether the customer intends to customize the insole, we advise to test it first and then customize it.

5. How about your production time?

Insole samples can be shipped within 3 days.

The production capacity of insoles is 500-100 pairs a day. (Standard insoles)

The machine's production capacity is 3-5 units a day. (Standard machine)

6.What is your method of delivery？

●

Express FedEx, DHL, TNT, UPS, EMS. Shipping time --- 6-7 working days (Fast but expensive)

●

Ocean Transport: Shipping time ---- 30-35 working days (Slow but cheap)

●

Air Transport: Shipping time ---- 10-12 working days (Fast but expensive)

●

Land Transport: Shipping time ---- Need the address to check (Slow but cheap)

7. What's your warranty policy?

We provide a 12-month warranty for our machine. And during these 12 months, we will provide free parts if they are non-human broken.

8.How about your after sale service?

We have 7 days of testing time before the delivery, we will run the machine and test the function to make sure the machine is perfect.The machine has a module design, so we can know the problem according to the video and picture you sent to me.

I will create the After-sale group on WhatsApp, there have you, me, and our engineer, you can directly type your questions in the group, and the engineer will answer your questions.

If you connect to the internet, the machine can update any time when we push the new version.

If the software has a problem after you purchase it, don't worry, the machine's built-in remote control software, we will operate your machine with your consent to solve software problems.
